High-level stats for week of 2020-10-20 - 2020-10-26
- Total works categorized F/F on AO3: 6364 (-77 from last week)
- Works I classified F/F: 4041 (-107 from last week) (1848 new, 2193 continued)
- 1.08% of all 373183 AO3 works I've classified F/F were updated this week

A few callouts this week:
- I keep failing to mention that the ladiesbingo fic challenge is back for another round, and I believe runs from now until March. The post says if one is reblogging this, one should stress that "the challenge is for fanworks about relationships between women (not just from a woman's POV)." Maybe if you're reading the femslash week in review that goes without saying, but let's say it anyway.
- Hey, Steven Universe is back. That fandom appears to be slowly dropping off the top 20, though; it's fallen off twice in the past two months, after appearing on the chart every week since April 2015.
- The top 5 has been stable for the past four weeks; it'll be interesting to see whether Owl House is a persistent presence, or falls off during the between-seasons gap.
- You're not here for politics, you're here for shipping, but I am writing the week in review from the U.S. where today is Election Day, and I do want to encourage you to vote if you can, stay safe, and wish us all the best in the attempt to move towards a slightly less dystopian timeline.
